Before you begin...

Your application should take around 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

You will need to Register or Sign in to the Customer Connections Portal, meaning you can pay online and track your application as we arrange your new connection.

You will have to sign in or create an account; this will let you make online payments and track your application.

What you will need

  • Name and address of applicant.
  • Address of the site you want to connect.
  • Site plan to scale showing proposed supply and meter position
  • A photo of the roadside access to the site
We highly recommend talking to your electrician before you begin and asking what maximum load you’ll need for your new connection.
